A Brief History...

RPD Engineering began in 1997 as a supplier for OEM turbochargers, and has grown into a full service supplier and reman solution provider to the farm and heavy-equipment industries. In 2009, RPD acquired Hesco Small Parts Division and it's operations in Louisville, KY. These lines were added to our Chinese, Czech, and USA manufacturing capablities.

Headquartered just outside of Detroit, we have a long history of providing solutions to the diesel, heavy-equipment manufacturing, and automotive industries. We have provided reman and new OEM parts to many major manufacturers worldwide. We have manufacturing (and reman) capabilities in Louisville, Ky., Prague, Cz., as well as China.

Turbochargers, starters, alternators, and air conditioning compressors have been supplied for OEM programs and aftermarket.  Remanufacturing programs have been implemented as the needed.

RPD Engineering, Inc. is certified ISO 9001 and meets or exceeds all TS16949 criteria. 

RPD is also the western hemisphere distributor for CZ a.s. (products include, Turbochargers, Cast Products, Engine Timing Chains)  and  Magneton a.s. (products include Alternators, Starters) from the Czech Republic. We also offer a line of custom-built AC Compressors from China.
